How quickly can you clean my property?+
Most turnovers are covered with 24 hours' notice, and same-day is often possible for an urgency surcharge. Pick your date and arrival window at checkout and we'll confirm the cleaner by email.
Do I need an account to book?+
No. Book in about 60 seconds, pay by card, and manage everything from the private link we email you — reschedule, cancel, message the office, download your receipt. You can create a password later if you'd like a dashboard.
How do I know the clean was actually done properly?+
Every job is photographed before and after and signed off against a checklist built from your property details. You get 48 hours to review the photos and approve, or report a problem — and the cleaner isn't paid until that window closes.
What if my cleaner cancels?+
That's our problem, not yours. Your booking stays live while our dispatch team finds a replacement from the nearest available, highest-rated cleaners. You'll simply be told who's coming instead.
Can I cancel or move a clean?+
Yes. Free to move 48 hours ahead, and cancellations are refunded on a clear sliding scale based on how much notice you give. We show you the exact refund before you confirm.
Do you provide linen and consumables?+
Yes — hotel-grade linen and towel hire, welcome packs and fridge restocking are all optional extras at checkout, priced per property size.
Are your cleaners insured and vetted?+
Every cleaner completes an application, document checks, our training modules and a probation period before working unsupervised. We carry public liability insurance on every job.
