Why we started
Hosts on Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo lose sleep over the same thing: a same-day turnover with no way of knowing whether it actually happened. Cleaners cancel, agencies send someone new every week, and the first you hear of a problem is a guest review. We built BnBTidy so that never lands on you: a real rota, a named cleaner, timed arrival and photo sign-off before the property is handed back.
How we work
- Vetted, not sourced. ID badge, DBS check and insurance confirmed before a first job.
- Fixed prices. You see the price before you book and it does not move because a clean ran long.
- Proof, every time. Arrival, checklist and photos land in your account as the clean happens.
- Cover built in. If a cleaner drops out, the office finds the replacement — you are told, not asked.
